Junior Software Engineer (.NET & JavaScript)
Location: Fully Remote • Compensation: Up to €22,000 gross annually + monthly allowance • Hiring bonus: €500 on successful onboarding
About the role
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer with experience in .NET and JavaScript.
We partner with US-based clients to build cutting-edge solutions tailored to their industries. One of our current initiatives involves migrating large, complex JavaScript systems into a modern .NET stack, while ensuring scalability, long-term reliability, and room for rapid growth.
As part of this project, you'll also be part of the implementation of custom AI models that automatically filter quotes, orders, and billing data before they reach the back office, dramatically improving efficiency and accuracy for our clients. Beyond this initiative, you'll contribute to new features, future client projects, and the ongoing evolution of our cloud-native platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside exceptional talent: an ex-Microsoft engineer (20+ yrs), currently working in the largest healthtech/fintech company in the USA, with prior experience at one of the world’s top three AI labs. A Director of DevOps (10+ yrs) who helped grow a tech company in Greece from 4 to 40 employees, and who has architected systems serving millions of users with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
In the first year, you'll be part of a core team of up to 6 people—a rare chance to join at the early stage, with a direct role in shaping the product, culture, and technology direction. As we grow, we will be hiring a mix of mid-level and junior engineers, giving you the opportunity to mentor, collaborate, and help shape a balanced engineering team.

What you'll do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and JavaScript
- Be part of the JavaScript to .NET migrations
- Collaborate with DevOps and Senior Engineers to build robust, secure, and high-performance systems
- Contribute code and work along Senior engineers to receive feedback and learn
- Work in a startup-like environment with rapid iteration, ownership, and strong impact
What we're looking for
- Experience in .NET development (C#)
- Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of cloud technologies (preferred AWS, Azure or GCP are fine as well)
- Able to work independently while remaining receptive to mentorship and professional growth.
- Passion to learn how to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
