Senior Software Engineer (.NET & JavaScript)
Location: Fully Remote • Compensation: Up to €55,300 gross annually + monthly allowance • Hiring bonus: €1,000 on successful onboarding
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and JavaScript.
We partner with US-based clients to build cutting-edge solutions tailored to their industries. One of our current initiatives involves migrating large, complex JavaScript systems into a modern .NET stack, while ensuring scalability, long-term reliability, and room for rapid growth.
As part of this project, you'll also be part of the design and implementation of custom AI models that automatically filter quotes, orders, and billing data before they reach the back office, dramatically improving efficiency and accuracy for our clients. Beyond this initiative, you'll contribute to new features, future client projects, and the ongoing evolution of our cloud-native platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside exceptional talent: an ex-Microsoft engineer (20+ yrs) with top-3 AI lab experience, and a Director of DevOps (10+ yrs) who helped scale a startup from 4 → 40 and has architected systems serving millions of users.
In the first year, you'll be part of a core team of up to 6 people—an early chance to shape product, culture, and technology direction. As we grow, you'll mentor and collaborate with mid-level and junior engineers.

What you'll do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and JavaScript
- Lead the migration of large codebases from JavaScript into .NET
- Collaborate with DevOps and Architects to build robust, secure, and high-performance systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior/mid-level engineers
- Work in a startup-like environment with rapid iteration, ownership, and strong impact
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in .NET development (C#)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also fine)
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Passion for clean, scalable, maintainable code and strong problem-solving skills
